If you choose to continue after the initial 12-weeks, we can use a periodized model to progress you towards long term goals and build a skeleton that will last a lifetime.

Pelvic Health
Physical Therapy
Pelvic Health Physical Therapy is a specialized branch of physical therapy that focuses on the unique wellness and rehabilitation needs of women throughout a lifespan, men, and children.
A pelvic health physical therapist focuses on evaluating and treating the muscles, ligaments and connective tissues in the pelvic and abdominal regions.

TMJ & Headache Relief
Are you struggling with jaw discomfort, clicking or popping sounds, facial tension, or persistent headaches? At Strength in Motion, we specialize in treating Temporomandibular Joint (TMJ) disorders and related headaches through personalized physical and occupational therapy interventions designed to target the root cause of your pain.

Vestibular and Concussion Rehabilitation
Vestibular rehabilitation is a specialized form of therapy that focuses on the vestibular system that includes the inner ear and portions of the brain that process sensory information regarding equilibrium, balance, and eye movements. Regarding concussions, abnormal vestibular function secondary to a concussion can result in the over reliance on the visual system for function, causing eye strain, headaches, fatigue, dizziness, nausea, and difficulty with daily tasks.

Youth Athlete Development
We assess your athlete to find out where they are now. Then make recommendations regarding training frequency in the short and long term. Over the course of 12 weeks, we develop an individualized training program to reach your athlete’s goals. They will learn skills in weightlifting, plyometrics, race/game prep, and strategies sport psych professionals use to get the mental edge.
