Remote Resistance Training at Strength in Motion

Resistance training 2x per week is recommended by the American College of Sports Medicine along with 150 minutes of cardiovascular exercise. When used in a progressive and intentional way, resistance training can:

  • Improve longevity

  • Reduce risk of falling

  • Reduce the risk of injury

  • Accelerate recovery times if you become injured

What is the remote resistance training program?

We assess your musculoskeletal system and help create goals tailored to your unique makeup. We create a 12-week program to reach yours short-term goals. If you choose to continue after the initial 12-weeks, we can use a periodized model to progress you towards long term goals and build a skeleton that will last a lifetime.
