Youth Athlete Development at Strength in Motion

At Strength in Motion, we specialize in Youth athlete development where we assess and develop your child’s skeletal and metabolic systems to reach their goals and improve performance. Our expert team, led by Jake Querciagrossa DPT, CSCS, is dedicated to growing the next generation of athletes and getting the most out of his athletes.

What is the youth athlete development program?

We assess your athlete to find out where they are now. Then make recommendations regarding training frequency in the short and long term. Over the course of 12 weeks, we develop an individualized training program to reach your athlete’s goals. They will learn skills in weightlifting, plyometrics, race/game prep, and strategies sport psych professionals use to get the mental edge.

 

Specialized Services

We offer personalized, evidence-based program tailored to your needs, including:

  • Weightlifting: Learn to common barbell movements including squatting, clean and jerk, and bench press

  • Athleticism based training: Focused training plans in sprinting and jumping

  • Endurance based programs: unlock your cardio potential with training plans utilizing speed and cardio based measures

  • Bridge rehab to return to play: Our coach is a Doctor of Physical Therapy capable of transitioning your athlete post physical therapy discharge
